I recently wrote a reimagining of what my life feels like daily. You can find it here:
I Somewhat MatterIt somewhat captures how I see myself and how I interact with not just myself but also others.
I know I’m lost. I know that the sleep carries on, and I will never wake up. I am self-aware and ignorant at the same time.
Being able to self-analyze and keep a pseudo journal of my struggles allows me to look back, almost as a third-party, and see my struggles. See them, and in some instances, positively impact them.
You Have Choices
Just because there are those feelings of being lost and not being in control, it doesn’t mean what you think it does. In today's culture, just about everyone has felt this way at some point in their life.
This pandemic hasn’t made it any easier. The universally imposed isolation is certainly accentuating these trying times. It’s more important than ever to keep your mental health in check.

Here’s what some of its users are saying.
I’ve struggled with Bipolar 2 disorder, which I only recently was diagnosed with. Therefore, I’m still trying to understand my experiences and my condition. My psychiatrist encouraged me to keep a “mood” journal and referred me to this app. - Katie
